Now prepare Belgian Waffles at home which are soft, crispy outside, light and fluffy inside. Not crunchy like biscuits and cookies. No hassle of making recipe from scratch,no measuring of baking powder,no addition of butter or oil. Its a complete mix. It doesn't contain yeast, saving lot of preparation time. Cooking Directions:

  • Preheat and lightly grease the waffle iron with butter/oil.

  • Mix about 100 g of  waffle ready mix with about 70 ml of water into a smooth batter, whipping by a wire whip for about two minutes. (No need of adding any butter or oil). Batter consistency is important. It should not to be too thick or too runny.

  • Let the batter stand for about 5 minutes.

  • Pour the batter into the preheated waffle iron, leaving sufficient space for the waffles to rise.

  • Cook the waffles for 5-10 minutes depending upon the power of waffle iron.

  • Note: You may adjust the batter consistency and cooking time according to individual preference of crispiness and fluffiness.
