Method of Preparation:

  • Mix the contents of the packet with double the quantity of cold (5-8 degree Celsius) water

  • Whip the mixture at maximum speed for about 3 minutes until soft peaks are formed. If you are using a wire whip, whip for about 6 minutes. If you want stiff peaks, continue whipping for about half a minute more. In any case, do not over whip the mixture.

  • Refrigerate for 15 minutes

  • You may use desired quantity of ready mix with cold water in recommended proportion

  • Tip: For soft peaks, whisk until cream just clings when the whisk or beater is lifted. For firm peaks, continue to whisk until the cream holds firmly to the whisk or beater.
